We should negotiate a trade with them, an exchange for all of the illegals from Haiti at our borders...

My guess is that there’ll be a covert SEAL strike against the gang. A kind of Captain Phillips moment. They’ll clip all the bad guys at once, and evac the hostages offshore to US warships. My two cents.

Haiti Kidnap Gang Seeks $17 Million Ransom for Abducted American MissionariesThe Haitian gang that abducted a group of American and Canadian missionaries is asking for $1 million each for their release, a total of $17 million, a top Haitian official said on Monday. Biden can offer them US citizenship The U.S. doesn't negotiate these kind of things right? As in they won't send any money. So, what are the FBI agents even discussing? At this point, it might be one of those 'Look, give us the missionaries or your lil gang's existence might not be around by next month' practice of USA Mormons & other Christian cults of going to risky places overseas to be “missionaries” (Jesus’ warriors) had caused loss of lives in past. There are plenty of places in run-down marginal neighborhoods in USA where to do ‘missionary’ work safer than Haití & Nigeria
