Ramble Room is set to open in spring 2023 in University Park, from Dallas restaurant owner Jon Alexis. It's a popular time for restaurateurs who grew up near Snider Plaza to fill it with American eateries.It’s looking like 2023 will be a hallmark year for Snider Plaza, the shopping center in University Park that’s been around since 1927.

The restaurant will have an expansive, 25-seat bar — and we do love to dine at the bar here in Dallas — and a menu of “everyday American classic dishes,” according to a press release from the restaurant. It has room for 75 people in the main dining room and 50 people on the patio. A second-floor mezzanine will be reservable for private parties.
