BELLEVIEW, Florida — A 16-year-old boy is dead after he was shot by friends as they took turns firing at each other while wearing body armor, authorities say.
Both suspects were arrested Thursday in connection with the shooting, which occurred just after 7 p.m. on April 3. Officers were called to the home and found Broad Jr. inside a home with gunshot wounds. Broad Jr. was taken to a hospital but died of his wounds.
