Developers are offering a closer look at what would be one of the largest new building projects set for Dallas’ Uptown district.

Lincoln Property Commercial wants to build three office and residential towers at 2500 Cedar Springs in Uptown Dallas.in April for the three-tower development at Cedar Springs Road and Fairmount Street south of Turtle Creek.

The project at 2500 Cedar Springs would include a large office tower and two residential high-rises that would replace smaller buildings on the block. Lincoln Property Commercial has now filed more detailed, updated plans with the Oak Lawn Committee that show the largest of the towers would be more than 30 floors.

International architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed the project, along with landscape architect OJB.The high-rises would be surrounded by public spaces with retail and landscaping. The residential buildings would face Routh Street, with the office tower on Fairmount.
