In a new forecast released in June, Realtor.com expects existing home sales to be 15% lower this year.

Since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, new listings have plummeted in a time of the year when they would have spiked to their highest levels had it been a conventional annual cycle.

In March through May, the largest yearly declines in new listings occurred in Milwaukee , Philadelphia and New York City , per Realtor.com. Even though more sellers are likely to put their residences for sale through August, Realtor.com contends that the loss of new listings this spring and early summer is unlikely to be recovered, thus, keeping sales numbers below historical levels.

Jamie Foxx Slams Kanye West's Presidential RunJamie Foxx is not sticking around for Kanye&39;s 2020 presidential run. Good for him 💖 to each their own 👏🔥💖 Just look at the comment section in that IG post where tons of teenage white males screaming Trump is the only savior to blacks and how ungrateful the blacks are. I really don’t see the racial relation in this country improving because white males behave exactly like 60 years ago Hey, saturday718 just released their new comeback schedule! Could you post about it? Their agency doesn't have much money to do big things, so I hope you could give them maybe an article about the group? Thank you anyway!
