Ferguson's first black elected mayor says videos of police abuse help to get rid of bad officers

It is crucial that police officers work with communities to make people"feel that they are being served, instead of being hunted," she told CNN's Chris Cuomo Wednesday night. It would seem like at this point it would be healthy for police unions and departments should reach out to local communities. Dedicate a few people to weekly or monthly meetings where citizens can discuss issues and relations. Keep the discussion going.
