Under the proposed deal, the “Full House” star would spend two months in prison while her fashion designer husband would serve five months behind bars.

BOSTON — Federal prosecutors urged a judge Monday to accept deals that call for “Full House” actor Lori Loughlin to spend two months in prison and her fashion designer husband, Mossimo Giannulli, to serve five months for paying half a million dollars to bribe their daughters’ way into college.

The defense had insisted for more than a year that they believed their payments were legitimate donations and accused prosecutors of hiding crucial evidence that could prove the couple’s innocence because it would undermine their case. Under the plea deal, Giannulli has also agreed to pay a $250,000 fine and perform 250 hours of community service. Loughlin would pay a $150,000 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

New Guidelines Urge OTC Painkillers, Not OpioidsThe recommendations, from the American College of Physicians and American Academy of Family Medicine (AAFP), cover acute musculoskeletal injuries -- woes ranging from sprained joints and strained muscles, to inflamed tendons and whiplash. Until you get bleeding ulcers and almost die from gastric bleeds! Amazing that 10 years of taking Vicodin never did that to me and I NEVER went over the dose I was given after I broke my neck. It is OUTRAGEOUS what was done in 2016!
