A federal judge temporarily blocks 3 abortion restrictions in Arkansas.

Abortion access activists are breathing a sigh of relief in light of the latest judicial decision blocking, at least temporarily, constraints in Arkansas.

The decision by U.S. District Judge Kristine Baker is a temporary restraining order, meaning it will hold for 14 days. At that point, another decision will have to be issued. Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson signed the 18-week abortion ban in March, prompting a legal challenge by the local ACLU. "We’re relieved that these bans and restrictions have been blocked from taking effect and we’re determined to see them struck down for good," Holly Dickson, ACLU of Arkansas legal director and interim executive director said in a statement.

When will these Judges stand up for the US, and enforce some immigration/sanctuary laws for once? They’re only legal eagles when it suits their Globalist agenda.

The Last Two Arkansas Abortion Clinics Are Hanging on by a ThreadApparently someone has figured out time travel because it seems like we have gone back in time. There is still at least 1 operating abortion clinic in every state. Arkansas could join Missouri as the states approaching 0, but as of now there are 6 states with 1 -- this should be corrected, jezebel, so people living there know they still have at least one in-state provider.

I hope Georgia's law changes soon. best protest sign evar! the girl with the fallopian tube flip off sign.
