This brings the total number of confirmed cases in France to 1,041,075, according to French government statistics, and marks the first time the government's coronavirus case tally has surpassed 1 million. Yep, here in the philippines, it becomes illegal to not wear mask. We don't see this as us losing our freedom of rights rather we look at it more as giving importance on the right to live for those who are more susceptible to the virus.

How can you lawfully mandate mask use? You can encourage/incentivize businesses and other establishments to have a mask policy. I use a mask and think we should all use them but it would be unconstitutional for the federal government to FORCE people to wear one.
