Fannie? Freddie? Oh yeah ,

What could go wrong with THAT? Making it easier to buy more expensive real estate.. always worked in the past. Until it didn't. 1987, 1998, 2008, to cite a few. EACH TIME the answer was taxpayer bailout 'cuz: 'too big to fail'.

Good news for ordinary people, bad news for rich people

I'm from the Government and I'm here to help......always ends well!

House prices going to the moon

Government's going to philanthropically fund private home mortgages with income extracted from downtrodden taxpayers and their unborn children.

this sounds familiar

please remember to blame your government when you go bankrupt. It will not be your neighbors fault, or your mortgage brokers fault, or wall st’s fault……you can thank Washington and solely Washington for the inflation, the eventual housing crisis, and the bubble they’ve built.

Absolutely THE WORST DECISION to take out a loan on a million. That’s a reflection of stupidity if anyone does that. I think this article is a bit bogus. No one can be that moronic 🤣🤣

What can go wrong?

Guess I’ll keep my house for a few more years!

I will be interested in American houses after June next year.

We have learned nothing.

So nothing was learned from the 2008 housing collapse. Great.

Biden’s free at-home test promise could come with added costs'We should not think for a minute that this is some sort of magic bullet that is going to get us to universally free and accessible testing,' said a Georgetown health policy expert. This is sooo wrong! Convenience is nice, but it will skew our data as home tests are not reported or tracked. We will have no idea if things are getting better or worse. We won't know a thing until ERs are overflowing.
