Sep 22, 2022The entertainment company has acquired over three acres at The Farm in Allen for the location, which is slated to open in the late fall of 2023. Allen-based JaRyCo Development and the Johnson family have partnered to lead the development of The Farm.
“Our goal at the Farm in Allen is to bring in a diverse tenant mix that will provide Allen and surrounding communities new and innovative options, and we have found that with High 5,” said, president of JaRyCo, said in a news release. “With a heavily landscaped miniature golf course plus options like axe throwing, virtual reality attractions and a full bar and scratch kitchen, High 5 will offer something for everyone, and we are so glad to have them join The Farm.
Food and beverages are also offered., currently operates two locations in the Greater Austin area. Its first location opened in January 2016 in Lakeway, Texas followed by a second location in central Austin in 2018. “Thanks to The City of Allen, JaRyCo Development, and the Johnson Family’s work and vision, The Farm in Allen will be a destination hotspot for residents, businesspeople, and visitors,” said, president of High 5, said in a news release. “High 5 is honored to be an entertainment anchor for this award-winning development, and we are investing heavily in exciting, innovative, and fun attractions that will be unique to the area.
The Farm in Allen is a mixed-use development with 1.6 million square feet of office space, 142,000 square feet of retail space and 60,000 square feet of restaurant space. The property also includes residential space with townhomes and 2,400 units. The Farm will also feature a 1.
