The families of about 20 Oxford High School students file a federal lawsuit after three teenagers were killed and 8 other people were injured in a shooting at the Michigan school.

The families of about 20 Oxford High School students filed a federal lawsuit in a push for policy changes afterin a shooting at the Michigan school.

"The new school year is about 10 weeks away, and so these families have children that are going back to the school. And so, this lawsuit really seeks to force change by federal court order," he said at a virtual news conference Friday. Eight others were seriously wounded, including a teacher. The teenage shooter is being charged as an adult and pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Weidenfeller said Friday that there needs to be a"third-party investigation" and he wants the district"to stop minimizing threats of violence, to communicate clearly with the parents, for transparency.One parent at the news conference agreed.

Good luck on the frivolous lawsuit, I doubt the shooter has much money though.

why don't I remember THIS shooting Is my brain becoming numb to them? A coping mechanism to all the trauma of the last 3 years IF I'M A GROWN ASS ADULT- HOW THE FUK ARE KIDS SUPPOSED TO DEAL WITH THIS?
