For years, social media users have been sharing this image as an authentic photo of Jackie Kennedy reaching for help in the moments after her husband's assassination. ❌ But that is false framing. That's not what this photo shows.

The three people seen in this photograph are not JFK, the former First Lady, nor Hill, but rather actor Don Gazzaway, actress, and stuntman Larry Hill, as described in a press release issued to promote the 1977 TV movie:

Secret Service agent Clinton Hill rushes to get Jacqueline Kennedy back into the car after her husband President John F. Kennedy was shot by an assassin. The action was all part of a made for TV reenactment movie being filmed in Dallas. This article was updated to meet Snopes' current formatting standards on Sept. 1, 2022.

Dead giveaway of fakery: Jackie had a skinny butt.

I've heard before that she wasn't trying to escape, or seek help, but was reaching for part of JFK's skull that had landed on the back portion of the car. Any truth to that?

Do Photos Show Bill Gates Posing For a Teen Magazine? In 2005, these photos were rumored to show Bill Gates posing for a “Teen Beat Photospread” (i.e., a layout in a magazine featuring ‘teen idol’-type celebrities, marketed primarily to prepubescent girls). While the images truly show Gates, they weren't... This was very much the thing in photo sessions in the 80’s, even for a serious publication. Teen Beat would have had better lighting and more color.
