Hank may have been right in the sense that Moldaver has become just as desperate and deranged as he has, and this almost seems to be in vain, since her entire community has been killed by the Brotherhood.
Lucy and The Ghoul Begin Hunting for Hank Close Lucy and The Ghoul have not had a great relationship throughout the series, but they form a tepid alliance to try and find Hank. Turns out, The Ghoul didn't really want any kind of monetary reward for delivering the cold fusion matter to Moldaver. What he was really after was information on the Vault-Tec members who cheated death and were cryogenically frozen. Apparently, The Ghoul's wife and daughter may very well still be out there.
