LONDON - The rise of “fake news” - including misinformation and inaccurate advice on social media - could make disease outbreaks such as the COVID-19 coronavirus epidemic currently spreading in China worse, according to research published on Friday.
“When it comes to COVID-19, there has been a lot of speculation, misinformation and fake news circulating on the internet – about how the virus originated, what causes it and how it is spread,” said Paul Hunter, a UEA professor of medicine who co-led the study. “Fake news is manufactured with no respect for accuracy, and is often based on conspiracy theories,” Hunter said.

It should be traced back to the origin and deal th with.
Fake news, like under-reporting the actual figures?
Yes, fake news like .. Reuters, CNN,MSNBC,ABC etc.
Not just disease, EVERYTHING.

ABSOLUTELY! Want proof? Just check what China's CCP's has been cranking out: a SHIT-LOAD of FAKE numbers!
As it does regarding climate.
Right? I went to the doctor and he told me I had the Fake News flu and that I should stop watching CNN

Not as bad as eating bats
Tell that to the Chinese.
