According to Director Paul Adasiak, audiences can expect a smart, funny play that pokes fun at human foibles and brings the action to a fever pitch.

Published: Feb. 8, 2024 at 5:06 PM AKSTFAIRBANKS, Alaska - Love of the outdoors is a hallmark of the Alaska lifestyle, and for many Fairbanks residents, that includes a love of gardening, which can only be practiced outside during a relatively small part of the year.

Auditions for the show, called Native Gardens, took place back in November, and for more than two months, the cast and crew have worked to bring the show to life. The play concerns next-door neighbors divided by class, race, politics, and age, who are involved in an escalating dispute.
