Just wear a mask 😷 it’s not a hard thing to do. I have asthma and do not wish for my breathing problems to be any worse than they are. Yes, it’s like a face sauna and makes me slightly claustrophobic but I still do it.

Death anxiety can be perfectly normal.But when it starts interfering with how you live your life, it becomes problematic. for people who don’t find the right coping methods, it’s possible for all that anxiety to cause mental pain and stress.
