2/2 by his drawings alone he was a danger to himself and others. He drew it out for everyone. His parents failed. The education staff failed except the teachers who reported the drawings and internet searches for ammunition. No one asked if he had the means because he did!

Maybe, just maybe you should've arrested them BEFORE you announced you were going to charge them. Just a thought.

So moving forward, will all parents be liable if they were informed of their child’s threats, misconduct, or bad behavior, and their child commits some egregious action? Because there needs to standardize documentation if legal or civil actions will be taken.
