Judge bans honking from truckers in downtown Ottawa for 10 days'Tooting a horn is not an expression of any great thought I'm aware of,' the judge said. The so-called 'freedom convoy' has been stationed in Ottawa for more than a week now. Maybe it’s just me, but I’ve always been under the impression a car horn was a safety device. Those kinds of things ought not be abused lest they lose their purpose. Hey that Judge is wrong, honking a horn should be considered legitimate political discourse, it's protected speech. What will they ban next bullhorns. Guess judge prefers looting and burning peoples businesses to the ground. At least now we know.
