Melsby and Russell join OVG from Olympia Entertainment, where they worked at Detroit’s Little Caesars Arena as director of event operations and director of finance, respectively. Melsby was previously director of operations at Save Mart Center in Fresno, California and also worked in the operations department at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas for ten years. Russell was previously director of finance at the venue management group SMG.
