If implemented, the measure could block certain shipments to Chinese military importers like the People’s Liberation Army, even if they said the item would be used in a hospital, for example.
This kinda news is well received but if China does something like that boom the media explodes China is so authoritative etc etc
Reality check: US is not the only super power any more. Instead of trying to rein in China, it’s time for both super powers to find ways to work together. For the benefit of the whole world, as well as US and China.
