Former San Antonio-area mayor and two others arrested for alleged roles in overrunning U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021

Two real estate agents, one of whom served as mayor of a San Antonio suburb, have been charged with allegedly joining a mob of President Donald Trump supporters that overwhelmed police officers and stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan . 6, 2021. The FBI last week arrested Trina Reyes , who served as Von Ormy ’s mayor from 2015 to 2017, and Sally Ann “Sam” Milavec of Fredericksburg on federal warrants. Agents also arrested one of Reyes' friends, Leslie Bogue of Oklahoma , records show.

San Antonio man accused of grabbing police baton, forcing way into Capitol on Jan. 6 Court records show Reyes appeared last week in federal court in San Antonio for a brief hearing. Milavec had her initial hearing in Austin last week, and Bogue had her first court appearance in Oklahoma. All three were released on their own recognizance — without having to post bail — and have been ordered to appear in federal court in Washington, D.C., where the charges were filed.
