That section was rejected by"This reminds me of today, a time when white supremacy shapes American life so deeply thatbecause nowadays, as it was back in the early days of America, this country is both engaged in racism and in working hard to pretend it's not," Touré wrote.

I agree.

True cause America hasn't really faced its past but now every nation is facing its past cause many things coming out every day in the pandemic. We have face our past or we keep on repeating them every couple decades.
