The Rolling Stones : Ron Wood, Mick Jagger, Charlie Watts, Keith Richards and Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones formed in London in 1962, with founding guitarist Brian Jones naming the band after “Rollin’ Stone” by Muddy Waters and helping select its early repertoire of blues and Chuck Berry covers.
