With Inflation at 6.8%, people, who would otherwise waste money buying oatmeal they know they'd never eat, are reluctantly forced to use the extra cash on items they know they DO need. Thus, oatmeal is going back to what it was always intended for - as cement/concrete additive!

With steel cut oats - I do the over-night method, letting them soak for about 5 hours before cooking.
