Thanks for this article on Emma. I love that she talked to the low-level women on the film crew to see how the experience was 4 them, & talked to them in advance of her next film to let them know they have an ally in her. If more powerful women would do this, change would happen.

Is that really the advice you’d want to give to, for example, young boys growing up in the aftermath of metoo? Because I’m not sure that telling, for example, my male classmates to shut up and get a grip is productive for them or for women.
