Elon Musk on Monday teased what appeared to be a tool rack for Tesla's highly anticipated Cybertruck.a ceremony for Tesla's new lithium refineryThe rack was attached to the bed of the electric pickup truck. It had what appeared to be two silver shovels attached to the outside of the rack. The vehicle also appeared to feature bars across the top of the rack that could presumably be used to carry larger items.
Attendees at the event later used similar shovels to break ground on the site of the refinery. Musk has estimated that the new Texas refinery will produce enough lithium, a rare Earth metal, to power about 1 million EVs.
