Just a question- the contract is binding so long as the other party upholds their part of the contract as well… right? If they used false numbers (hypothetically) that would null and void? Loophole?

As for twitter, you could give them a private electronic ID whitout a face or adress. Do you really need to know who it is . If they want to shw their face fine but you can give them an alterntive for legal and security reasons
