Elon Musk revealed on Monday that his AI startup xAI will open-source its ChatGPT rival “Grok” this week. This comes only a few days after the billionaire sued OpenAI for abandoning its original mission for ChatGPT to benefit humanity. Musk claimed that OpenAI is now chasing profit after partnering with one of the largest tech companies in the world. Musk has, on several occasions, publicized his stance against big companies like Google and Microsoft using technology for profit.
