Defendant Evelyn Hernandez, 21, has already served three years of the sentence handed down after prosecutors said she had induced an abortion.“Thank God, justice was done,” Hernandez, in tears, told a cheering crowd outside the court building. “We believe the judge was very just in the ruling. The judge said there was no way to prove a crime was committed and that is why was acquitted,” said DeLeon.

The women in El Salvador must be terrified when pregnant. What a horrible way to grow a new life.

Seems to be technically a correct ruling since a stillborn child is not alive at birth.

I should think so.

Thousands mourn with El Paso man who lost wife in shootingAntonio Basco's wife Margie Reckard was killed in the El Paso mass shooting. With no family in the area to attend her funeral, he invited the city of El Paso to mourn with him, resulting in hundreds of strangers offering Basco their support. Zero stories from Dayton, very curious RIP Margie The old white guy in this video must have been watching MSNBC and Rachel Maddow for the past two years. I'd be very ashamed to call him a comrade. This exactly what will happen to you if you watch too much BS on MSNBC.

22 hearses make a final procession to deliver flowers to the El Paso shooting memorial siteMore than 1,000 floral arrangements were delivered from as far as France and Australia to honor Margie Reckard, whose husband invited strangers to mourn her after she was killed in the El Paso shooting. Even better than 'thoughts and prayers.' Lord watch over her and other families, abide with them, lord! For darkness has deepened, with all-around fear we see in society! I'm in TX, and in my town if there are excess flowers, the accompanying cards are given to family, then the floral arrangements go to hospice, hospitals, and nursing homes.
