Eddie Murphy was surrounded by family at the premiere of “Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F,” the fourth installment in the “Beverly Hills Cop” franchise. Murphy stars as police Detective Axel Foley, alongside his daughter Bria, who plays a police officer in the movie. “She’s the one that arrests me,” Murphy told Al Roker in an interview that aired June 18 on TODAY. “And the other scene when I get arrested in the movie, that’s my son-in-law tasing me in the neck.
” In June 2016, he also shared a photo of a production script for “The Simpsons” on his Instagram, simply writing, “everything has been GREAT” in the caption. Christian occasionally shares photos on social media, with many of his posts featuring moments with his family, including their annual Christmas cards.
