Volumetric attacks are cyber attacks which send a enormous amount of traffic to a single server to try to overwhelm its bandwidth, and render it useless. I don't think 40 million care that much about Julian to launch that huge Cyber attack.. I have no dote some have but 40 million seems unrealistic
