At 2 a.m. Sunday, a Chevrolet Silverado traveled at a high rate of speed northbound on US Highway 281, swerving between vehicles before losing control, said SAPD.
The driver of the Chevrolet crashed into a concrete median on the right shoulder, pushing the car down the road. According to SAPD, the car then continued to hit medians, flinging the vehicle from the left to right medians. The Chevrolet then drove over the median and landed on the access road of a blocked-off construction zone.
