– A woman was killed Wednesday morning in a crash with a tractor-trailer on the access road of IH 37 in Atascosa County.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a 58-year-old woman in a Honda Fit ran a stop light and was hit by the big rig.The woman died on the scene.
