Santana Raquel Dean was charged with giving false information to a law enforcement officer on April 30 and then turned over for a probation violation on May 2, 2024. A driver caught speeding "immediately told me she does not have her driver's license on her,” a police officer said, “but stated that she would give me her name and date of birth."
Then, when that didn’t work, “She informed me that I spelled the last name wrong, and the last letter should be an ‘N’ and not an ‘M’ . Finally, a corporal came to assist and questioned Santana Raquel Dean — her real name — “about different things, ranging from where she got issued her driver's license to her high school information.
In the end, an officer asked one of the four passengers in the car and “who the driver was to her, at which point she stated it was her cousin. Dean, 23, was charged with giving false information to a law enforcement officer and never having a driver’s license, plus violating her probation in Orange County for petit theft with two prior convictions.
