Former European Central Bank President Mario Draghi, who agreed to become Italy’s next prime minister, on Feb. 12 announced key positions for his cabinet.
Draghi named Daniele Franco, director general of the Bank of Italy, as economy and finance minister. Roberto Cingolani, a physicist and IT expert, was given the new role of minister for green transition.
