Now they are grown up a little. We still have a long way to go, but they played well this weekend and have played well all year. I am proud of them.

Dothan quickly took control of the championship game, collecting six walks and a walk off Enterprise ace Skylar Frey to score six runs before the Wildcats had a chance to bat.
After a fly out opened the game, the Wolves earned six straight hits to score the first five runs. Savanna Kendrick and Kinley German both singled with Kendrick scoring on an outfield error during the German single. The Wolves scored their final two runs in the fifth. Kendrick reached on a missed fly ball in the outfield, ending up at second base. German followed with a single to score Kendrick. After a walk and two force outs at third, Makenna Descalzi singled to score Hutchins to make it 13-2.
