Donald Trump’s Campaign Raised $16.9 Million In April

Donald Trump’s presidential campaign raised $16.9 million in April, according to Federal Election Commission filings released Wednesday.The campaign spent $7.7 million in April and had $107.8 million cash on hand at the end of the month, up from the $98.5 million the campaign had on hand at the end of March.

The Trump reelection effort is receiving support from the Republication National Committee and joint fundraising committees, Trump Victory and Trump Make America Great Again. In total the RNC, the Trump campaign and its committees raised $61.7 million in April, according to a statement from the RNC. That’s slightly more than the $60.5 million the Biden campaign and the Democratic National Committee reported raising.
