Across the Spider-Verse's Spider-Woman Doesn't Need DefendingIt's not worth justifying her existence to the folks who hate it. Do people not understand the concept of a multiverse with an infinite number of variations on a character? Personally, I'm waiting for an entire movie where everyone is colored like the Fruit Stripe zebra. It's good that there was at least one writer who could define a woman, but the fact that there aren't any writers with any semblance of an imagination or the apparent skills to come up with new ideas is just sad. Seems writers today can only regurgitate the past and recolor it.
