Not surprised that Doolittle didlittle. The reviews were exceedingly harsh, even for an exceedingly stupid remake. I’m glad if the folks who foisted another tired remake on movie goers lose their investment, maybe they’ll think twice next time.

Comic books seem to be the most fertile field for ideas and have proven to be the most consistently adaptable sci fi, horror and fantasy franchises.

You want to know why? The movie industry fails to acknowledge the power of black viewers. Black viewers since 1998 grew up to “Dr. Dolittle” being Eddie Murphy or Kyla Pratt. No one remembers the old Dolittle from 60’s. 🤷🏾‍♀️ so Bad Boys won!!

Seeing the trailers, my thoughts were 'Bad Boyz looks funny, Dolittle...uh, guy, not everything needs to take itself deadly seriously.' It looks like a joyless, unnecessarily dark CGI fest.

I have seen dialogue and CGI suck quite so badly in recent memory.
