Medical accidents happen... very sad, but true. My question is was the hernia in one testicle? Shouldn’t the other vas still be intact? Not that this makes it ok. The article title makes it sound like a compete vasectomy happened.

Was this child a POC? Are we now supporting forced sterilization? Texas you are among the deplorables, if not the leader at being deplorable.
