Reeves also sidestepped answering what he defined conception as. If it is 'fertilization,' then this is Prop 26, a fertilized egg is a person, (which MS defeated) AND contraceptives are ipso facto clearly on the table, as they were with 26.
What they say doesn’t matter. The next Governor, Lt. Governor & Speaker can change the law irrespective if what these guys say.
