Companies that allow the inmates to run the asylum get what they deserve: dysfunction. It will never end. Chapek should have invited the employees upset that DIS did not oppose the FL bill to seek employment elsewhere. DIS is a business, not a PAC. This is a leadership failure.
This issue is just completely ridiculous. If CEO Bob Chapek wants to mend a fence with employees, he should start by reading the bill to learn whats in it. Then he should have a meeting with the Employees and let them know the bill has nothing to do with saying Gay.

The outraged people didn't read the bill...Kids K-3...parents should be in control of that conversation not schools. And it also protects a Bible thumper teachers talking noise against gay parents as well in the classroom but the media twist stuff. Go find outrage elsewhere.
