Bustamante’s appearance on the ballot gave Democrats a viable option to the unpopular Davis and Republican Arnold Schwarzenegger ended up cruising to victory.

Why is NO ONE actually reporting that the lead that was originally claimed last night has been steadily shrinking with enough ballots remaining to reverse the results making Newsom in the days ahead begging for a recount while joining the long unemployment line.
