Americans continue to expect that food will make us healthier, more virtuous, and thinner.

This was honestly one of the worst, most disjointed and silly articles ever written. In trying to discredit dieting, the writer manages to insult thin people (all of us are apparently 'underweight,' and starving ourselves) while claiming that there is no right or wrong way to eat

Food trends will always come and go! Just focus on the stuff that grows from the Earth and you’ll be alright!
