doesn’t have to be difficult. Nor does it have to be painful. At least, not if you’re Diane Keaton. In a video she posted to Instagram yesterday, the actor stood in front of a row of her signature earth-toned hats, confronting her extensive wardrobe and the need to let go “because this is ridiculous.” Keaton herself is dressed in a classic Keaton ensemble: a dark gray long jacket with a distressed hem, wide-leg trousers, derby shoes, gloves, and a baseball cap with the wordemblazoned on it.

Watching her rifle through clothes in real time is pure entertainment. Keaton pulls out a blue belt , a gray jacket with tiered paneling , and wedge boots , then puts everything in a pile. Though Keaton gets rid of many of her clothes, she did choose to keep a pair of XXL lace-up shoes with polka dots. Turns out, her friend Ray Azoulay of the vintage and antique Los Angeles store Obsolete gave them to her as a present, hence the emotional attachment.

Perhaps more thrilling than Keaton’s closet cleaning is seeing what happens next. She places everything in a white plastic trash bag before heading off to Goodwill. With a mask on her face and laden with four bags full of clothing, she hobbles down a street only to find that the store is temporarily closed due to COVID-19. C’est la vie! At least she tried!

While Keaton’s trip to Goodwill might have been foiled, it’s safe to say her closet-clearing experiment was a success overall. She’s found a captive audience. Her friend, director Nancy Meyers, was clearly fascinated and left a comment under the video asking: “What’s in all those deeeep drawers?” We can only imagine.Sign Up Now

So much money, so little oversight: Coronavirus bailout cash is a big target for fraudThe desire for speed outweighed upfront controls on the massive $2.2 trillion coronavirus stimulus package. Now it's a matter of 'pay and chase.' Corruption Handbook Rules 1) It is harder to get the money back so get it while the getting is good; 2) See rule number 1 This is what happens when you have no oversight and people attempting to funnel money into their pockets. See this: It would be of interest to have comments by more congressional Democrats in the report. On a grass roots conference call from SpeakerPelosi, a key priority was oversight from the outset. Applying lessons learned from the past as after WW II when expenditures were reviewed.
