Diamondback was one of the biggest energy sector gainers immediately after Chevron announced its $33 billion deal to buy Anadarko last month, suggesting investors see the company as a valuable candidate for a merger or acquisition.
Diamondback also said its board has given the driller the green light to buy back as much as $2 billion in company stock through 2020. The buyback program addresses calls by investors for shale drillers like Diamondback to start generating more value for shareholders.

I thought people using food stamps, were only to be used to buy food that had to be prepared. In Montana, beef is very expensive, now I find out the people on food stamps are buying that beef. I can not afford to buy beef, make 10% more than those on poverty. : Transforming SNAP to a program that requires more gov’t regulation and bureaucracy– with no clear public health benefit – is not in the best interest of SNAP participants, taxpayers or businesses.
