Upton Residences is the name that Canadian developer Amacon has assigned to its 461-condo project in downtown Denver. This is a rendering of what the two-tower project on the former site of the Shelby’s Bar & Grill will look like.
The project will consist of a 38-story tower and a 32-story tower, along with 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and more than 500 parking spaces. Davis Partnership Architects designed the exterior of large glass walls with polar white facade that Amacon promised would be distinctive enough to serve as an “architectural anchor within Denver’s urban landscape.”
