An exit on Interstate 35 leading to downtown San Antonio will be demolished and rebuilt starting Monday. TxDOT is eyeing a fall completion date. Over the past year, safety inspectors determined that the off-ramp was unsafe for drivers and it should be demolished and rebuilt.
