It's a good first step that, one day, could lead to universal health care. But if the 50-64 group would have to buy all of the supplemental policies w/no ACA protections, it could wind up costing more than existing ACA plans do now. They need to carefully analyze the costs.
You mean instead of forcing everyone to join and not letting people choose their coverage.
